Dungeons is a variant of the popular Dungeon Keeper where you must avenge the betrayal that you deprive your throne as the Evil Overlord over 17 missions. Your goal is to build and manage an underground lair of monsters and treasures to attract and retain more adventurous. Unlike Dungeon Keeper, the emphasis is on the management of adventurers rather than monsters.

Passed into the hands of Electronic Arts following the acquisition of Bullfrog, Dungeon Keeper license has never resurfaced since the closure of the studio. 2 years ago, a trademark registration had left raised hopes that EA put starts the third episode of the series, but it was obviously a false alarm. Never mind: Realmforge Studios (Ceville) decided to meet the expectations of fans by providing a variant of this famous time management game. Dungeons borrows quite heavily mechanisms and to a part of its title. A carbon copy? Not really.

Dungeons: Game of the Year Edition package is prefect for those who missed this gem of black humor. Contains games dungeons to-date, and the two DLC packs with more than 37 cards in solo across five different game modes (including the new game mode all ATA Pi).

Dungeons is a bit like Canada Dry. It has the taste, smell and color of Dungeon Keeper, and yet ... This is not exactly the same thing. It is clear that if the new title Realmforge Studios (Ceville) maintains undeniable similarities with the model, the experience is different enough to disappoint those who would have preferred a simple graphical makeover and delight those looking for a change brilliant concept designed by Bullfrog. One might even say - barely exaggerating - there is more difference between Dungeons and Dungeon Keeper between two football games or two FPS WWII. In short, if inspiration is obvious and if the tribute is real, Dungeons is not a clone or a rip or a game without any effort of imagination.
