Thus, the two men have the idea of enclosing the Swarm in a part of the city converted into a giant prison and renamed for the occasion Arkham City. If the miracle solution seemed to have been found, some voices against it starting with the billionaire Bruce Wayne. Unfortunately, using all kinds of support, Strange managed to lock Playboy unnamed in this chaos ... for the greatest misfortune of rapists, thieves and notorious psychopaths. His alter ego, Batman, was now in the den of wolves and with it the hope of stopping this madness saw the light of day.
